Hi all! As you may know, yesterday was Administrative Professionals Day. I've been so thankful for our two admins since I started my new job- not only have they been extremely helpful when I haven't known where something was or how to do things, but since my office is literally about 3 feet from their desk, we also get a chance to chat and keep each other company when I have down time. So, I felt like I wanted to give them a little something to say thanks.
I found this idea on Pinterest, although the blog that it was said to be from appears to no longer be functional. But in the sense of honesty, it wasn't my idea.
The tags were both cut with my Cricut. The plain tag is cut from Doodletype, and the patterned paper is from Studio Calico. I stamped the "thanks a latte" saying using Lawn Fawn's Milo's ABCs and the little arrow at the bottom is from a Stampendous set I have. On the back I wrote a little personalized thank you note.
The latte cup tag is from the Love You a Latte Lite cartridge. I left off the heart and word "cafe" and instead I used the Lovely Letters stamp set from Avery Elle to stamp each of their names. These stamps are super awesome, because if you stamp carefully they go together and look like all one word. Love it!
I went to Starbucks and got two empty cups. Also, I got one cup full of delicious frappuccino for myself. I thought it would be rude to get empty cups without also ordering something for myself, right? ;) Anyway, the Starbucks women were really nice about it when I explained why I wanted the cups and thought it was a super cute idea, and even gave me a bag so I wouldn't have to cart two empty frappuccino cups around the mall.
I stuck Starbucks gift cards down inside, put in the straw, filled it up with caramel Hershey kisses, plopped the gift card down, and put white tissue paper in the lid to look like foam. The cups are tall sized, and it took about 1.5 bags of Hershey kisses to fill them up this full.

Love you a Latte
Hello again! It's time for another challenge at Pause, Dream, Enjoy Challenges! This time, our challenge is to use Foam Tape on your project!
I made a 4x4 card for this challenge using the Love you a Latte cartridge. Instead of cutting the base layer of the image, I just cut out a 4x4 card. Then I cut the other three layers at 4 inches. I used some of my thickest foam tape to pop up the image, and then some smaller foam tape to pop up the heart even more!
I put some glossy accents on the heart to make it shine and put a pink button from my stash on the bottom with a bow tied with some Trendy Twine.
I thought I'd add a side view, just so you could see some of the dimension.
This is going to be a fun one- remember, you can combine our challenge with other challenges. Why don't you head over to Pause, Dream, Enjoy Challenges and check out what the rest of the DT made, and then pull out your foam tape and play along!

Thanks a latte!
Hello! It's challenge day again at Pause, Dream, Enjoy Challenges and this week's theme is one everyone loves:
Anything Goes!
That's right, this is the week to really let your creative juices flow, because there are no rules! As you may know, I've been working on building up certain parts of my card stash that get used the most. So for me, this was a great week to make a card that had been "brewing" (get it? haha) in my head ever since I got Love you a Latte for Christmas. My very favorite image off of that cartridge is this coffee cup, hands down. So I started there. I originally cut it too small, and then upped the size a little and pieced it together. It turned out to be good that I had the smaller cut on the top of my garbage, because the bigger steam from my actual cut didn't fit on the card, but the bigger steam from the smaller size subbed in just perfectly,
Next, I found this awesome paper from Echo Park's "This and That" 6x6 stack and paired it with a cream card base. I distressed the edges of the cream card with some Vintage Photo distress ink. The ribbon is some that I had in my stash. Then I hand cut this banner from the same cardstock as I used for the heart, inked the edges with the same ink, and stamped my sentiment using Jessie's ABCs by Lawn Fawn.
