Bird card

I love the way that the animals from Four Legged Friends come out.  I don't know why I don't use them more often.  This one is, obviously, the bird.  I cut it at 3 inches, except for the eyes.  I had originally planned to draw in the eyes, but they looked super creepy, so then I decided to go ahead and cut them with the Cricut.  But I had drawn one too big for the eyes that were 3 inches, so I ended up cutting them for 3.5 inches and they look just as good.  

The background paper is from KI Memories "The Classics" pad.  I thought it looked really good with the Kraft card base.  On the side, I punched it with Martha Stewart's loops punch.

I stamped the sentiment on the top with my brand new Pink by Design "Big Thoughts" stamp set and then put three buttons underneath for definition.

    Great card. I'm ashamed to say I have this cartridge and I've never used it. Thanks for helping me to remember I have it so I get it out and use it. We appreciate you playing along at BBTB2.
