It's an A2 card with some patterned paper from a DCWV stack. I layered a heart doily on top of it and used a piece of washi tape (over white paper so you can see the pattern) as an accent.
The bird was cut from Create a Critter 2. The Create a Critters are my favorite series of cartridges because the cuteness is just the type of style I love to create with!
